Deposits and Payment
More than 120 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit of total tour price is required. 120-45 days prior to arrival: 50% deposit of total tour price is required. 45 days or less prior to arrival: Full payment is required.
The respective travel specialist will send you the invoice, and payment is to be made via bank transfer. We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred involving bank transfers. Bank details will be mentioned by the time we send the invoice to you.
Cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by respective travel specialist. EmotionTravel doesn’t charge cancellation fees, but it will comply with according to the policy of our contracted service providers (Hotels, Airlines, etc..). Our travel specialist will advise you upon booking of your trip as the period of cancellation can be varied depending on the service providers.
EmotionTravel DMC Ltd. and its agents act only as agents for the person or companies, providing accommodation, transport or other services and assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents, loss, damages to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any service provider or by “Force Majeure”, severe weather, acts of God, civil commotion, industrial disputes and other factors beyond their controls, reserves the right to modify or revise the original tour program in the interest of the clients.
Our offer does not include medical or travel insurance and we strongly recommend taking out your own personal travel insurance before your departure from your country. In the event of an emergency this is our responsibility to take care of the clients and we will make full endeavor to assist the clients. There are international Medical centers such as Pan Hlaing Hospital, Myanmar International SOS Limited etc.. in Myanmar. In the major city, there are the international standard hospitals. If the accident occurs in the small city or remote region, the client will be taken to the nearest airstrip and flown to Yangon for further medical care. If necessary, an onward international medical flight will be arranged. If the client has the insurance in their home country, we will provide the necessary documents for the compensation.
Problem and Complaints
As an agent, we provide the best available services to our valued clients. In some remote-regions, the hotels we contract employ backup generators as the power supply in Myanmar is subjected to regular interruption of Electricity, and the transportation level in those area may not be comparable to other developed destinations. But we assure you that we provide the best available services in those cases and we inform to our clients about the real conditions what they can expect for those kinds of program. For any complaints occurred, we will be 24-hour service and assist all out of our effort contacting with the tour leaders/clients and local tour guides.
Personal Data Protection
We will require your passport copy to make the necessary booking reservation and arrangement. Your data will be kept securely and not pass onto a third party.
